Breath of Fresh Air Books
Fiction and non-fiction both have a home in Breath of Fresh Air books. We are always on the lookout for creative, fresh, out of the box ideas, and there are three ways to get our attention:
1. Enter the Page Turner Contest at FaithWriters.com.
Breath of Fresh Air Press is one of the sponsors of this annual contest, and it is the very best way to get your manuscript noticed by us (and possibly win a cash prize from FaithWriters.com).
We accept fiction and non-fiction entries each year, with the overall winner receiving a publishing contract from Breath of Fresh Air Press. Even if you don’t win the contest, your synopsis and first chapter will have received serious consideration regarding publishing potential, with feedback provided (if requested on your entry).
This contest is open to all Platinum members of FaithWriters.com, and entries close each year on September 30.
2. Submit a query letter with synopsis.
If you believe you have a manuscript (fiction or non-fiction) which is fresh, creative, out-of-the-box, and a perfect fit for Breath of Fresh Air Press (see the About Us page), please feel free to submit a query letter, brief synopsis, and sample chapter to:
BoFAP Books Submission
Breath of Fresh Air Press
PO Box 12
St Clair NSW 2759.
Send a brief message via our contact page.
We will reply with our email address.
Please do not submit full manuscripts with your query and synopsis.
At this time, we do not publish children’s books; however, young adult submissions are welcome. Humour is particularly appreciated, and as far as we are concerned, Chick Lit never died.
3. Enter the weekly Writing Challenge at FaithWriters.com.
Creative, fresh writers who enter on a regular basis, do stand out. Just ask Timmy Boyle, Theresa Santy, and Jan Ackerson.
